KteaOrganic matcha · Sheffield
Show a Sheffield matcha café how its website could feel like its drinks: layered, fresh and made properly.

A concept site where the signature drink pours itself as you scroll.
Concept work, shown to illustrate design and motion, not live results.
The goal &
the challenge
Ktea serves ceremonial matcha, fresh-fruit bubble tea and hand-rolled Sushi Pops. Its Instagram was full of life; the brand needed a web presence that matched it.
We designed a concept site that turns the menu into a story — most memorably, a strawberry matcha that builds itself layer by layer as you scroll.
What we did
- Anatomy of a favourite
A scroll-driven animation that pours fresh strawberry, then milk, then ceremonial matcha into the cup, explaining each step as it goes.
- Editorial type, café warmth
A high-contrast serif with soft paper tones and the shop's signature green.
- Menu as storytelling
Four reasons to pop in, Sushi Pops you can hold, and voices from local food creators.
- Built for local discovery
Structured data and a local-search plan for Ecclesall Road ready for launch.

Poured as
you scroll.
Fresh strawberry, then oat milk, then whisked ceremonial matcha. The page builds the drink the way the café does: slowly, in layers.
