London Homes倫敦物業管理
Turn a referral-dependent letting agency into the first name Hong Kong landlords find — on Google and in AI answers.

From word of mouth to the answer AI gives Hong Kong landlords.
The goal &
the challenge
London Homes manages rental property for Hong Kong and BNO landlords — an audience that researches in Traditional Chinese and increasingly asks ChatGPT before it asks Google.
When they came to us in May 2026, they barely appeared for local property-management searches. Chinese articles sat under an /en/ path, sending search engines mixed language signals, and most enquiries still came from word of mouth. Visitors who did arrive clicked WhatsApp and then went quiet.
What we did
- Technical rebuild for search
Restructured the site, fixed language signals, cleaned theme artefacts out of search snippets, set up Bing Webmaster Tools and added Organisation schema so Google and AI tools understand exactly who London Homes is.
- A GEO content engine in Traditional Chinese
A steady programme of guides on the Renters' Rights Act, Section 8, Section 13, Ground 1A, pet clauses and arrears — written under a licensed agent's byline, citing GOV.UK, and opening every key section with a one-sentence definition built to be quoted by AI.
- Quick-answer blocks on every article
Each guide leads with a 'what landlords need to know' summary — the exact shape Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT lift into answers.
- Local SEO for London and Reading
Location pages and local signals so landlords searching nearby find a real, accountable office.
- Conversion fix + paid amplification
Replaced the WhatsApp drop-off with a one-click consultation booking, then ran Meta Ads with two tested creative angles and retargeting. Monthly reporting from Search Console, GA4 and Meta.
