3. Services and Pricing
All services provided by Tiso Digital are subject to a written quotation, proposal, or invoice agreed upon before commencement.

“One-time price” projects include only the agreed scope. Additional features or revisions outside the scope will incur extra charges.

Monthly or retainer services (e.g. SEO, social media management, paid ads) are billed per month and are subject to a minimum commitment period unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before any project begins unless otherwise agreed.

The remaining balance is payable upon project completion or milestone delivery.

All invoices must be settled within 7 days of the issue date.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:

The client will own the rights to the final website design, content, and materials created specifically for them.

Tiso Digital retains the right to display completed work as part of our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
All pre-existing assets, design templates, software, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Tiso Digital.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials (text, images, credentials, etc.) required to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
Failure to do so may delay project delivery, for which Tiso Digital is not liable.
7. Revisions and Scope
All projects include a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal.
Additional revisions, design changes, or scope expansions beyond that limit will incur extra charges.
8. SEO & Advertising Disclaimer
Tiso Digital will implement best-practice SEO and digital marketing strategies.
However, due to the nature of search engine algorithms and market factors, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions or advertising outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tiso Digital will not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Website downtime, hosting issues, or third-party service interruptions.

Loss of revenue or profit due to external factors beyond our control.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice.
Outstanding payments for completed work up to the termination date will remain due.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
